As the founder of Culture&Co, Lauren leverages deep experience and expertise in business strategy and operations. A former McKinsey & Company management consultant, Lauren advised organizations across sectors on the topics of business strategy, organization design, workforce planning, and transformation. At McKinsey, she was also a faculty member for McKinsey’s Business Strategy course, training clients on strategy best practices,. Prior to management consulting, Lauren spent many years in industry in senior operations roles where she led operations and talent initiatives and managed a global team. Lauren has an MBA from Wake Forest University, an MA in Public Policy from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BS in International Business and BA in History from the College of Charleston. She has experience serving on several nonprofit boards, and is currently a Board Member of the Peters Township Public Library. To ensure current knowledge in talent management, she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations.
Lauren founded Culture&Co to deliver a streamlined consulting experience, leveraging her knowledge of consulting best practices with her practical experience in leading and delivering business improvement in organizations.
